Where is the tracking information for my package?

Thank you for ordering your product from The Wellness Enterprise.

After your order was placed, you should have received a Confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. (Please check your promotions or spam folders if you have not received it in your inbox.)

The subject line will be:  [The Wellness Enterprise]: New order #xxxxxx
where xxxxxx is the 6 digit number of your Order ID.

In 24-48 hours (2-4 days) you should receive a new email with your tracking link. Thereafter, you can follow your package along its journey to you.

The next email will notify you that your order is being processed.
The subject line will be: Your Order is Being Prepared

When your package is placed for shipping, you will receive an email:
The subject line will be: Your Package is Estimated to Arrive on _________ (date)

When the delivery is about to arrive, you will receive an email:
The subject line will be: Your Package is Out for Delivery; it will be in your hands soon!

**For our friends beyond the USA:

Since your order delivery address is beyond the USA, it takes a hop to our international depot in Illinois, USA, before departing to your specified location. You will likely see an email that says your order is headed for Illinois, USA. Don’t worry – it’s on its way to your initial delivery address in its journey to you. You will receive a second email when it’s on its way to you from the depot, with a new tracking link.
As shipping times have been extended during these challenging times, please be patient with us. You should receive a tracking link within about 5-7 business days after placing your order, so you can watch the package’s travels, then a few days for the next tracking number to your destination. If you haven’t received them, please check your Spam folder in case they land there.
